Warranty PolicyAll of our
products come with a manufacturers warranty against defects in parts or
workmanship. If you experience a problem with the AEF-801 DUALFLUSH® Automatic Flush Valve or the AEF-301 Automatic Faucet please refer to the Manufacturer’s Technical Support page at www.amtcorporation.com or email technicalsupport@amtcorporation.com for technical support and troubleshooting assistance. If you continue to experience problems, and if the item is still under warranty, please return it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at the following address with a copy of the original proof of purchase. The batteries shipped with the products are not covered in the warranty. AMTC

Refund/Return Policy
All refunds will be given as store credit only.
Non-Returnable Merchandise Any used item(s) will not be accepted as returnable merchandise. Items purchased over 30 days do not qualify as returnable merchandise.
Returnable Merchandise Returned goods must be brand new, in their original packaging, and have all its parts including batteries, screws, etc. to qualify as a returnable item.
To return unused merchandise please call us at 866-435-8743 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
Once you receive your RMA# send the items back to us with a copy of the original invoice of purchase.
The returned merchandise will be thoroughly examined to determine if it qualifies as returnable merchandise prior to issuing store credit.
Once store credit is issued, you will be notified by email or telephone.
Store credit issued may be used to exchange/purchase any item(s) from our store. Shipping cost will be charged for any exchanges/new merchandise shipped.
If a returned item is found to be used in any way or was returned with missing parts, no store credit will be issued. Item(s) may be returned to you freight collect. |
